 Pumps
We produce external gear pumps in group 2 and group 3 version. Our pumps are directly made up into our workshop, using a huge and up-date machine tools set. Every pump is tested paying attention to the efficiency values only those according to our restrictive standards are then stamped and added to our finished product store. Our pumps have these characteristics:
- Quick lead time, i.e. max 10 working days for standard models and max 30-40 days for the special ones;
- Flexibility in terms of quantity: even only one product could be produced;
- Multiple gear pumps version availability, simply by mounting a coupling kit;
- Many kind of configurations and high possibility of customization.

Pump with Priority Valve
Gear pump with priority valve, with nominal flow rate ranging from 40 to 80 l/min and operating pressure up to 250 bar. This valve allows to feed, with a single pump, two hydraulic circuits: the guidance loop and the circuit for the other demands, promoting the first one.

The Hig/Low double gear pump is used in the auxiliary hydraulic circuits on vehicles having a crane, on packer trucks, on little and medium presses, on log splitters and on all the machines which request a rapid feed motion and a slow movement on the working phase of their components.
This hydraulic pump provides a high flow with low pressure during the feed phase and a low flow with high pressure during the working phase.
Excluding the low pressure pump during the working phase guarantees a very remarkable reduction of the input power.
